Please include your device model, app version and a description of the problem. Screenshots can help, but hide personal details. Never send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary information about a child.

What is included?

Dallah, Date, Palm and Camel are free. One optional, non-consumable All Toys Pack purchase unlocks the remaining nine characters. There is no subscription. The price shown in the app is the price for your App Store region.

Restore a previous purchase

  1. Use the same Apple account for App Store purchases that originally bought the pack.
  2. Open sqoochy and enter the Grown-ups area from the character picker.
  3. Complete the parental challenge and choose Restore Purchases while connected to the internet.

If the toys remain locked, contact support with the message you see. You should not need to purchase the pack again to restore an eligible purchase.

Payment and refund questions

Apple handles iOS payments and refund requests. Visit Apple's Report a Problem service for refund requests. Approval is determined by Apple.

Privacy requests

Use the same support email for access, correction or deletion requests. Routine correspondence is deleted within 30 days after resolution, with limited exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.
